Founded from Mr. Abhilash Peetla’s early field experience beginning in 2007, the company evolved from a proprietor-led waterproofing specialist to a formally incorporated private limited company offering a full suite of civil construction services for residential, commercial, and infrastructure clients.

Founding & Early Years
Mr. Abhilash Peetla started his career on construction projects in 2007, acquiring hands-on site expertise across foundational civil activities. Recognizing a consistent need for reliable waterproofing in our climate zones, he established a proprietorship focused on waterproofing technologies. During the early years the business was built on site-level excellence, client trust and the delivery of durable waterproofing outcomes that solved recurring water ingress problems.
Growth & Regional Expansion
From local operations in Tirupati, the firm expanded into Coastal Andhra by 2013, serving Guntur and Vijayawada extensively. As demand broadened, AP Construction Solutions Private Limited diversified into full civil works, residential turning-key projects and apartment developments. The expansion reflected an intentional shift from a single-discipline contractor to a multidisciplinary civil services firm.
Collaborations & Credibility
Over the years the firm has partnered as a subcontractor with leading infrastructure and construction firms — including Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd., NCC Ltd., KPC Projects and Shapoorji Pallonji. These collaborations strengthened our quality control processes, procurement systems and safety practices, while allowing us to deliver on larger-scale project requirements.
Incorporation & Professionalisation
To support larger projects and institutional clients, the proprietorship was restructured and registered as AP Construction Solutions Private Limited Private Limited. Incorporation formalized governance, enabled more structured project management, and improved our capability to manage contracts, insurance, and compliance at scale.
